I Changed My Mind On A Purchased Pet. What Are My Options?
Our Bullies are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your Bully selection, you are welcome to exchange your Bully for another of similar value and age within 14 days of your purchase. Please note, your Bully will be subject to selection by an SBK professional. For more information, please contact support@stripbullykennel.com.
Is A Deposit Required To Purchase A Bully From SBK?
Yes, the deposit varies by price and is listed under each Bully. The deposit is required to hold your selected Bully and will go toward the overall price. Full payment is due at the time of retrieving your Bully. In the event that you do not have the full price by the agreed-upon date of retrieval, your deposit will be held and exchanged with another Bully. The Bully you initially selected will then be subject to purchase by another buyer. Your deposit is non-refundable; instead, it will go toward the price of a Bully of our
choosing.
In what instance is my deposit refundable?
Please note that deposits are non-refundable unless your puppy passes while in the care of a SBK professional. If you decide not to purchase your bully after the initial payment, your deposit will be held as a credit with SBK for 1 year and will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
I've Submitted My Deposit, What's Next?
Your Bully is on hold and will not be sold to another customer unless final payment fails.
You will receive an invoice to your email address within the next 24 hours reflecting your initial payment and remaining balance. You will also receive a Bill of Sale/Puppy Contract to your email address within 24 hours of deposit/purchase.
Lastly, you will be contacted by an SBK professional within 24 hours to discuss retrieval options and answer any questions you may have!

What Foods Should I Feed My Bully to get an ideal size?
Bully size and weight will depend on genetics, DNA, and bloodline.
Will My SBK Bully Receive All Necessary Vaccinations Prior To Purchase?
Yes, your bully will have a 6-way vaccination and a comprehensive health check prior to purchase.
When Should My Recently Purchased SBK Bully Have His/Her Next Vet Visit?
Your bully will have all recommended vaccinations prior to 8 weeks of age. You should schedule your bully's next appointment with your local veterinarian at 12 weeks of age unless otherwise specified. You should prepare to take your puppy to the Vet once a month for check-ups.
